A juvenile who has been identified through the JAC with substance abuse problems as diversion eligible may be selcted for the Juvenile Drug Court Program.  The requirements are a significant commitment from the parents of the adolescent, completion of a 12 month substance abuse program, compliance with all court sanctions, and parental communication with the court case manager.  The completion of all requirements result in dismissal of charges from the permanent record.
